Salesforce launched the Hyperforce EU Operating Zone. It enables global customers to store and process their data in the EU on 2nd March, 2023.
This zone builds on Hyperforce, which is Salesforce’s trusted cloud platform. Furthermore, it combines Salesforce’s products with 24/7 customer and technical support delivered by EU-based personnel. It empowers customers with increased control of their data.
“Our strategy is focused on helping customers meet their business objectives while addressing their regulatory risk,” said Ed Britan, Head of Global Privacy, Salesforce. “The Hyperforce EU Operating zone provides an enhanced level of data residency commitment that means our customers can have the choice and control they need to keep their data within the EU.”
Hyperforce is currently available in 12 countries globally. It will launch in four further locations by the end of 2023.
